About the Role: In this opportunity as Senior Software Development Engineer Salesforce, you will:Â- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.
- Years of Experience: 6 - 10 Years.
- Designing and developing custom solutions using the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
- Integrating the Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Writing and testing Apex code and unit tests to ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
- Hands on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management,Case Routing,Live Agent,Omni-Channel,and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge in Live agent webchats,Role-based permissions,Team collaboration systems,Community Cloud integration,Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and manage data migration and integration processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
