Position Overview: Only Multan Residence Candidates Apply The Sales Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a specific branch or location. They are tasked with managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve those targets, and ensuring the branch meets its revenue goals. The Sales Branch Manager also plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. 2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. 3. Monitoring sales performance and providing guidance and support to sales staff as needed. 4. Training, and motivating sales personnel. 5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. 6. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. 7. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. 8. Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. 9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 10. Representing the branch at meetings, conferences, and other events as required. Minimum Experience and Qualifications: . 5 to 8 years Minimum Experience in sales field. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. · Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. · Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices. · Experience with CRM software and other sales tools. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
