MIS/IT Director/Manager
Job details
1. Planning, creating, developing, directing and enhancing business process flows, system design and other related project documentation. 2. Ensures security of data, network access and backup systems. 3. Generate, identify and analyze system reports, recurring incidents, risk and system issues, implementation of strategic solutions and improvements to service results. 4. Monitors and ensures that all technical activities and deliverables between IT team and/or Service Providers are being performed. 5. Provides multiple activities to establish effective and necessary processes, systems, project plans, delivery schedules and alike. 6. Ensures that all IT related activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes and regulations. 7. Creates and maintains the network and databases for the company. 8. Ensures stable operation of the network and databases by consistently scheduling and implementing updates and functionality tests; identifies and resolves any issues that are identified during the testing process. 9. Develops, manages, and implements hardware maintenance, software support, network and remote backups, upgrades, and Internet support. 10. Schedules and produces periodic reports regarding MIS performance. 11. Analyzes and recommends software and hardware to maximize productivity for all networks. 12. Collaborates with other departments and outside computer support vendors to schedule and coordinate upgrades and tests. 13. Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in the related field.
- Excellent knowledge in Technical Program or Management, Information Process Analysis and Computer Software / Hardware systems.
- With background and knowledge in SAP and HRIS is an advantage.
- Excellent in communication, analytical, problem solving, decision making and leadership skills.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
