Position Overview

As the Director of Client Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our current client base. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful client growth strategies, has passion for helping businesses grow, highly people oriented and is used to executive level engagement. The role requires a blend of leadership, analytical skills and a deep understanding of solution selling. The role reports to the Principal of Client Growth 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client organic growth strategies to increase revenue and increase customer retention 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including new logo sales, marketing, product management, operations and talent acquisition, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Direct support staff to ensure efficient workflow and provide necessary assistance in client growth activities.
Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with proven client growth and revenue generation outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams and retention strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
