This is a remote position. We are seeking a dynamic and selfdirected Social Media Manager with a strong background in social media and digital marketing to join our team. If you thrive in a challenging environment possess exceptional client relationship skills and have a passion for driving social media strategies we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all social media management matters. Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies tailored to each clients specific needs and objectives. Deliver client presentations and provide training on social media and digital marketing strategies. Conceptualise implement and monitor social media campaigns across various platforms. Generate reports on client progress and campaign performance analysing social media and digital marketing metrics to optimise strategies. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for social media channels and digital marketing campaigns. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize brand exposure and ROI. Identify and leverage social media and digital marketing trends and emerging platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Address client inquiries promptly and effectively ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Cultivate strong longterm client relationships and maintain regular communication to understand evolving needs and objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Deep understanding of social media platforms digital marketing channels trends and best practices. Experience in developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies for diverse brands. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media and digital marketing metrics and insights to drive strategy. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong presentation skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas for social media and digital marketing campaigns. Strong project management and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics Facebook Business Manager and other relevant social media and digital marketing management tools. Minimum 3year qualification in Marketing or a related field.
