You are on the pulse in terms of digital technology and will be able to quickly apply this in driving marketing initiatives that generate ROI. This is a part-time role, where you will operate in a fast-paced environment and virtual business model, and work with different cultures and across time zones. You will support the business globally as well as working with individual regions and Practice areas. To fit what we are seeking, you must have the following experience: ·A University Marketing degree, with at least two years working in B2B digital marketing role ·Specialised understanding of Linkedin as a marketing channel and best practice in optimising and scheduling content to drive engagement and growth in followership ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrable experience in creating, sourcing, and editing a wide range of engaging content ·Experience in implementing both organic and paid growth strategies on social media with the ability to deliver results on smaller budgets and identify ‘low hanging fruit’ ·Demonstrated understanding of employee advocacy (ie getting employees to share, link to and represent the company) as a strategy to increase engagement on LinkedIn; experience in building personal brands on LinkedIn will be a plus ·Knowledge of social media tools and software that enhance efficiency to schedule, report and automate activity ·A drive to keep abreast of social media trends, ensuring you bring the best of current thinking to our team ·Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines with grace ·A meticulous approach to your work and an eye for detail ·Understanding of how to integrate and enjoy being a part-time member of a global virtual team You will be responsible for: ·Helping to increase the online presence and brand awareness for the firm ·Managing the schedule and posting agreed LinkedIn content, employing best practice to optimise algorithms and thus gain maximum impact ·Delivering content for social media and strategies that grow followership and engagement on LinkedIn ·Measuring and reporting on the performance of social media initiatives, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) Your day-to-day role will specifically include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: ·Work with global stakeholders to successfully execute social media strategies that meet their specific goals and needs ·Prioritise, communicate clearly and control pipeline of content for our social media channels, showing willingness to adapt at short notice when the situation warrants it (ie fit in urgent or topical updates, respond to recent changes etc)· Schedule and post social media content, primarily leading B2B channels (ie LinkedIn) · Track and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g. website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, social media engagement) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement · Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects · Monitor and report on social media activity across channels to identify trends, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner · Implement occasional paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads as required Key Competencies for the required role: Deciding and Initiating Action: Takes responsibility for actions, projects, and people; takes initiative and works under own direction; initiates and generates activity and introduces changes into work processes; makes quick, clear decisions which may include tough choices or considered risks. As such, it is a busy role – You must possess strong attention to detail, demonstrate good communication skills, and have exceptional organisation skills in order to enjoy the role. ·Experience of working closely with a virtual team, across time zones, cultures and business areas. ·Time management and flexibility – we are expecting this role to be split across days across the week to allow for internal demand (eg Mon/Weds/Fri or more), however we will discuss what works for the right candidate.
