Head of Enterprise Risk Management You will deliver Enterprise Risk Management across the organisation, defining and implementing ERM policies and procedures, leading a small team to improve and execute effective risk management. Responsibilities
- Risk identification, monitoring, and controlling
- Threat scanning
- Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) reviews
- ERM projects
- Lead risk assessments
- Improve the controls environment to mitigate risks
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the ERM plan is executed
- Foster a risk aware culture
- Prepare/present risk reporting for Audit, Risk and Management Committee
- Qualified enterprise risk manager with 15 years of experience
- Well versed in leading a team and reporting to senior management
