Your responsibilities as a Sr. Project Manager
- As a Sr. Project Manager in Omada you will join an international company with customers across North America and Europe. We work in close partnership with customers to make a sustainable impact on their business through high-quality IT solutions, ensuring fast time to value to continue business growth.
- You are customer obsessed and formulate customer relationships to gain valuable insights to grow our business, while collecting feedback in a continuous and formalized way to proactively mitigate risk. You balance managing customer expectations, planning delivery of implementations, and sales of new value creating elements.
- You manage IT security software implementations at a wide range of customers in different industries at the enterprise level. You master running and delivering projects, meeting or exceeding customer targets and staying within budgets.
- You oversee a portfolio of customers from the customer's onboarding throughout the customer success lifecycle to secure and maintain happy referenceable customers. You partner with sales to provide estimates for delivery and transition with the customer into project execution all the way through to deployment of the solution
- 7-10 years demonstrated project management experience leading enterprise software implementations
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written with exceptional interpersonal skills including experience presenting to customer leadership
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, MPM or comparable program) preferred
- Previous experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, DevOps, etc.)
- Established experience ensuring projects are properly planned, staffed and delivered within budgeted timeframe
- Ability to identify opportunities to position other service offerings
- Demonstrated experience to identify customer needs and mitigate potential conflicts
- Experience providing guidance and mentoring to resources working on your implementations
- Proven ability to ensure customers can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation
- Background working in a Customer Success organization and with international delivery teams is a plus
- Business Development or previous sales experience a plus. Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience.
- Ability to Travel up to 25% of the time
