- Oversee day-today operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Manage resources effectively to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
- Drive process improvement initiatives for enhances operational excellence
- Contribute to strategic planning to facilitate the organisation's growth and success
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement in operational practices
- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- At least 10 years of operations management experience
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably managing operations within Healthcare/ Healthcare Services industry
- Superior knowledge of managing multiple operational functions such as finance, commercial, operations and HR
- Able to provide innovative solutions to increase productivity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
