YOUR ROLE: As the Head of DevSecOps, Cloud, and SRE, you will lead teams of consultants, driving both strategic and operational excellence in our technology department. Your role is pivotal in shaping our future technological landscape, especially in the realms of DevSecOps, Cloud, and Site Reliability Engineering, with an emerging focus on AI integration. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a dynamic technology strategy that aligns with the organization's growth, focusing on emerging trends and technologies. Be visionary in exploring emerging technologies that can be integrated in our delivery life cycle.
Team Unification and Development:
  • Manage and nurture the talent within the DevSecOps & Cloud and SRE teams. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous skill development, ensuring our team remains market-relevant and excels in delivering quality services.
Collaboration and Alignment:
  • Work closely with the CIO, CTO, Business Teams, Marketing, and the broader Management Team to ensure technology strategies are well-integrated with company-wide goals. Your role is crucial in harmonizing technological initiatives with business objectives.
External Representation:
  • Act as a key ambassador for our company in external forums and events related to your domain of expertise. Your thought leadership will enhance our brand presence in the technology community.
Budget and Resource Management:
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation for the DevSecOps & Cloud and SRE teams. Your decisions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology operations.
Innovation and R&D:
  • Lead innovation and research and development initiatives. Your role involves exploring new areas and defining cutting-edge projects that prevent technological stagnation and promote growth.
WHO YOU ARE: A creative individual with deep technological expertise, business acumen, and a software development background with at least 12-15 years in IT industry, with substantial experience in a leadership role within a high-growth tech environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential. Technical Acumen:
  • Expertise in Core Areas : You have an extensive understanding of DevSecOps, Cloud technologies, and SRE principles, with significant hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments (both private and public clouds). Your expertise encompasses distributed systems, cloud security, performance optimization, and cloud cost optimization.
  • Design and Automation Skills : Proven experience in designing enterprise-grade, Cloud-native architectures and executing efficient CI/CD automations. Your approach should be focused on creating scalable and resilient systems.
  • Tech Trend Tracker : A constant drive to explore new technologies in DevSecOps, Cloud, and SRE, aiming to enhance delivery cycles and boost operations and system reliability.
Leadership:
  • Strong managerial skills, with a proven track record of scaling, building and leading high-performing teams (minimum 25 people). Ability to maintain a people-centric culture while driving outstanding performance.
Visionary Mindset:
  • Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of technology trends and effectively integrate them into business strategies. High entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate independently.
Communication and Representation:
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and external representation, where you can balance idealism and pragmatism. A history of effective participation in industry forums and events is a bonus point.
