What You Will Do The Technical Delivery Principal Scientist is responsible for executing key R&D projects and critical deliverables in partnership with the end-to-end R&D team to drive innovation with technical rigor, and execution excellence. This role will execute a defined work scope and support problem solving across key R&D technical deliverables. This role will coordinate across various R&D teams to drive collaboration and E2E visibility. This role will strategically deliver innovation and technical projects from start to completion with a deep understanding of our business, our consumers, and technical project requirements. Key Responsibilities · Execute the delivery of complex projects to support business objectives and priorities · Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the innovation process and identify barriers to executional excellence · Ensure day-to-day follow-ups from project discussions, including driving execution of project brief updates, developing project plans, milestones, and resourcing requirements · Track and manage day-to-day project technical progress to ensure E2E visibility to key stakeholders · Execute identified work plans in partnership across R&D key stakeholders · Support risk mitigation on key projects once identified · Leverage data to evaluate project success against key metrics · Manage R&D project team meetings to ensure technical milestones are achieved · Manage technical resources and budget allocation for projects Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications · Minimum of a completed bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field · Minimum 4 years of business experience in managing or leading complex technical projects · Experience in working in cross-functional teams · Experience in the consumer goods industry or research and development · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills · Comfortable challenging the status quo to drive for better outcomes · Comfortable and capable with driving difficult conversations Desired Qualifications · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification · Previous experience with agile methodologies What’s In It For You · Competitive Benefit Package · Volunteering Days, Flexible Working, Health and Wellness Reimbursements and much more! · Learning & Development Opportunities · Employee Resource Groups · This list could vary based on location/region Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
