About the job

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager on behalf of our client. Within this role you will be responsible for leading, managing the digital transformation, identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and driving organizational change to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives. Main Responsibilities to include:

• Implement a digital transformation strategy aligned within the companys goals and objectives
• Identify digital transformation areas, evaluate technologies, and create roadmap for successful implementation
• Promote digital-first mindset and drive cultural transformation in organizations
• Offer guidance, support, and training for digital transformation
• Manage digital transformation projects, defining scopes, objectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Evaluate and integrate digital technologies for business operations and customer experiences
• Utilize data-driven insights for opportunities, process optimization, and informed decision-making
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to align digital transformation efforts with business goals, gather requirements, and ensure engagement
• Identify and manage digital transformation risks, stay updated on industry trends, and cybersecurity threats
• Maintain a continuous improvement culture by staying updated on digital trends, optimizing processes, and driving innovation

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of digital technology, trends, and best practices
• Ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams as well as project management abilities
• Expertise in change management, driving organizational and cultural transformation
• Analytical mindset utilizing data for decision-making
• Effective leadership enables team influence and inspiration
• Acquired understanding of digital regulations, compliance, and cybersecurity
• Strong command of English is essential for this role
