To support the continued change and scale of the platform, Premion is seeking an exceptional Director of DSP Product who will be part of the DSP team with the charter to grow and scale the platform by building cutting-edge products and services capabilities supporting our current and future growth initiatives. Essentially the team's vision is to develop the industry's leading by local for local platform as a service and this individual will be integral in the success by bridging internal product with external SSP and publisher products in video, audio and display. This individual will implement new initiatives and partnerships while managing existing ones while monitoring and measuring the health of the platform and its related product and inventory. This position is remote, but due to the nature of the international team will require the flexibility to work with team in different global time zones. Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities with USA-based CTV, Audio, Display and other publishers to utilize advance current and new relationships.
  • Evangelizing our products with decision makers at some of the world's largest ad servers, SSPs and publishers.this will also include owning the inventory product within the PaaS to ensure its best positioned and leveraged for internal and external platform users.
  • Leading all publisher-related activities, including business development discussions, contract negotiations, and integrations
  • Scouting new partnerships using the existing connections, cold outreach and by attending industry events
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as, Legal, Marketing and Account Management
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach by rolling up your sleeves, conducting thorough research, and performing detailed analyses to support informed decision-making with a keen understanding of how to translate into the product and ensuring the product stay ahead of the market.
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience working with B2B Account Management or Business Development
    • Minimum 2 years experience working in the AdTech industry or with Publishers in Media or similar businesses
    • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising technology industry, especially product and monetization highly preferred
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships in the tech environment
    • Ability to lead cross functional discussions in order to structure deals with internal and external partners and then translating these discussions into market leading product.
    • Existing know-how in terms of uncovering new growth opportunities
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • Experience with end to end product delivery
    • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, experience working with and having established SSP and publisher relationships capable of negotiation of key business terms
