Workday HRIS Analyst

We seek a Workday HRIS Analyst colleague or contractor to join our client, one of the global leaders in retail apparel and fashion.

• Duration: 6 months to begin (agency worker temporary employment contract or contracting inside IR35 via us - Dexian) - with high potential to be extended after 6 months for another 6-12 months
• Remote role

Description: We are looking for a UK-based Junior/Mid-Level Workday HRIS Analyst to join our client's team in a support position. This person will work alongside another UK-based Workday HCM Lead Consultant on the EMEA program. Responsibilities:

• Workday HCM ticket resolution/escalation
• Assist with requirements gathering
• Troubleshooting
• Testing (Helping to test integrations and create test scripts/scenarios)
• Additional functional support as necessary

Requirements:

• Ticket resolution experience across HCM modules
• Workday (HCM) troubleshooting skills
• Integrations and functionality testing experience would be ideal
