CTO - Data Strategy, SaaS Product Delivery up to £130k+ Benefits + Bonus + Hybrid working A CTO opportunity for SaaS business with a core data driven product offering. The company are scaling following new management and supply SaaS solutions to clients within the UK. The business is expanding their data focussed product set and previous experience of leading data strategy and team is beneficial. The CTO will oversee the Software, Data and Product teams. A key focus of the role is managing the future product roadmap and facilitating Product growth and would work closely alongside the CEO implementing effective strategy and increasing market share. The company have offices near Birmingham and offer flexible remote working options, with a preference for 1-2 days per week in the office Essential experience:
- An experienced CTO/CDO and people manager, able to effectively lead the expansion of the companies tech products and teams
- Strong digital transformation or tech modernisation experience, able to see the bigger picture and align team on future vision
- Good understanding of Data/Data Analytics and implementing Data driven processes
- Demonstrate implementing best practice from the top down, Agile or similar
- Previous experience as a Chief Data Officer is desirable
- Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels of a business
