This Senior Legal Counsel role will enable you to utilise your experience in a new and progressive context. Our client is a market-leading company with offices in Manchester, Haywards Heath, London, and abroad. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will support their General Counsel by dealing with all aspects of commercial contracts, demonstrating your project management skills, and advising various stakeholders in the business. - Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting all manner of agreements, including investment deals (both loans and security), software agreements, data and service agreements, procurement contracts, and the occasional lease
- Dealing with sporadic queries from across the business
- Working closely with key stakeholders
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a commercial or corporate lawyer
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate across all levels of the organisation
- Familiarity working with a regulated market would be advantageous.
