Security Supervisor

• Supervise and oversee the security operations and personnel.
• Ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols to check for any security breaches or violations.
• Train and educate security staff on proper procedures and protocols.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or complaints and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and equipment.
• Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security technologies.
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
