Looking to make an impact on a company and its employees? You'll lead HR related functions as we grow our operation teams. As the main contact for our operations employees and managers, you'll help deliver HR processes and serve as a partner as you lead change management projects, support discussions, share best practices, and identify solutions to improve results. As the 'trusted advisor' to leaders at multiple levels, you'll be the performance improvement driver as you guide positive changes in people management. You'll report to HR Director. You'll contribute to the success of the business as you play an active part of the HR management team in EMEA, sharing ideas and potential answers to everyday challenges. During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Understand projects and goals for each team to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement changes
- Provide human capital solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business
- Challenge the organizational structure of the internal client and propose changes
- Monitor and report on progress toward each goal and project
- Be the ultimate contact for all escalated HR issues
- Participate in corporate-wide projects requiring a human capital perspective
- Stay up to date with HR practices and changes in the marketplace that may affect our procedures (ie. Compliance with labor laws, best practices, and more)
- Recent experience in a similar role ideally within a BPO Contact Center Environment
- 5+ years' experience as a partner or HR leader providing operational support
- Working knowledge of multiple office software applications, online communication tools and database technology
- Ability to influence others by example and mentoring
- Organizational development, project management and change management skills
- Email and oral communication skills
- High level of integrity and judgment
