About the opportunity Fonterra is embarking upon a programme to deliver a simplified and standardised set of business processes to support the Long-Term Aspirations of the Co-operative. To enable this, the Core System of Record (CSoR) will be replaced with a set of simplified and standardised business processes, based upon the next generation of SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, S/4 HANA. The CSoR Programme will cover processes operated within the SAP system, covering Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales Order Fulfilment. The programme will be of significant size and scale for the co-op. This role, Head of Hypercare & Service Introduction , will report to the CSoR Head of Delivery and will be accountable for support of the solution (both technical and business) during the initial weeks and months after go-live, and will also be accountable for ensuring a smooth and complete handover from the programme to business-as-usual (BAU) support teams. This role will also work with BAU teams to define the BAU support model required for the CSoR Solution and ensure that sufficient knowledge transfer and learning takes place to equip the BAU teams to support the business effectively.   • Experience of managing service delivery at scale, leveraging 3rd party resources.
  • Large scale, IT enabled, transformation program experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Experience in ERP programs with similar scope and complexity.
  • Agile Mindset and drive to meet all programme objectives.
  • Service Management skills and experience.
  • Service planning skills and experience.
  • Well organised, co-ordinated thinker.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
  • “Design to Operate” end to end thinking leveraging best practice processes.
  • Service Management certification (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
