Seremban Position Title : HR Manager Industry : Label/Sticker Manufacturing Salary Range: Up to RM7200 Job Description: ● Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall mission, vision, and goals. ● Collaborate with management to provide HR expertise and guidance in decision-making and business planning. ● Lead initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. ● Oversee recruitment efforts, develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent within the organization. ● Lead the performance management process, advise managers on addressing performance issues and providing coaching and facilitating employee development and growth. ● Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, andmaintain a safe and respectful work environment. ● Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, benefits enrollment, and ensuring competitive and attractive compensation packages. ● Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels. ● Manage the HR department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation. ● Collecting and analyzing HR data to gain insights into workforce trends, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making and enhance HR process. ● Facilitate effective communication between management and employees, ensuring that employees are informed about company policies, initiatives, and changes. ● Implement programs to promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and a diverse and inclusive workplace. Requirements: ● Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR leadership roles in manufacturing industry ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ● In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations ● Proven track record of strategic HR management ● Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills ● Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions ● Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,200.00 per month Application Question(s):
