- Support Accounting / Treasury teams in SAP system roll-out, including UAT testing and go-live sign-off
- Represent Accounting / Treasury as the key representative on SAP system implementation
- Craft, review and implement specific user / business requirements for Accounting /Treasury teams
- Liaise with project manager and various stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery of deliverables
- Manage project timeline and ensure project deliverables are delivered timely accordingly project deadline
- Guide Accounting / Treasury members to familiarize with project requirement, SAP system set up and testing
- Develop and update SOPs and control processes impacted by new system implementation
- Support any other ad hoc project requests
- Degree in IT, Business or Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
- Strong knowledge in accounting requirements, as well as treasury activities and banking products such as loans, fixed deposits, investment products, derivatives, FX spots etc.
- Meticulous with attention to details
- Possess good organizational and communication skills
- At least 6 years' experience in Treasury operations and/or finance projects involving implementation of major system roll-out
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in PeopleSoft, SAP and Bloomberg systems will be advantageous
