Position Purpose: We are looking for a Senior Python Developer , who will be involved in leading the design, development, and maintenance of Python-based applications. You'll guide a team, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive innovation to ensure that the company remains competitive in software development. Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Master in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field from a reputed local/foreign University.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory but any relevant certification is a plus.

• 4 years of proven working experience as a backend developer.

• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions and end-to-end design.
• Integrating user-facing elements into applications
• Design, code, test, and debug, document, and maintain software solutions.
• Improving the functionality of existing systems
• Implement security and data protection solutions
• Assess and prioritize feature requests
• Deliver quality software under tight timelines
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Build scalable and reliable data systems consisting of multiple subsystems
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Integrate with systems like Memcached, Redis, Kafka, S3, and others

• Profound expertise in Python and its web frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI).
• Solid experience designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Expert knowledge of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM libraries.
• Demonstrated experience with creating RESTful and FastAPIs.
• Experience building SaaS platforms or customer-facing applications
• CI/CD pipelines and Github or related source/version control technologies.
• Proficient in implementing parallel processing for machine learning models, focusing on GPU optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent team collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Data Science is a plus point
