- Controlling and improving employees efficiency, motivating employees
- Writing reports on the department’s performance
- Taking part in development and automation of sales processes
- Building a knowledge base and organizing training in soft and hard skills
- Supporting new employees
- Experience in sales
- Experience in managing a remote team of 10 or more people
- Negotiation and motivation skills
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
- Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- At least two to three years of sales experience required.
- Job Type: Full Time
- Timing / Shifts: 5 Day Week
