- Research for the s through our agent portals and networks, negotiate the best rates, and recommend shipping solutions to minimize costs.
- Follow up with agents throughout the entire cargo process, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with agents, both in terms of network expansion and the whole cargo process.
- Record and file the necessary paperwork for both finance and operational purposes.
- Choose the best mode of transport, route, and carrier for each shipment.
- Follow up with brokers regarding the clearance process, ensuring smooth customs clearance.
