We are a stand for high quality work, driving high quality results and living a high-quality life. a day in the life: what you’ll do Reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a key financial and strategic stakeholder and leader for the Technology organization through the multi-year Tech Evolution program aimed to maximize business value, optimize labor, and evolve the way they work.
  • Provide financial and strategic insights on Technology's labor strategies, governance, and operating model.
  • Bring financial modeling expertise to support complex labor models and to understand financial impacts of the multi-year program.
  • Partner closely with key cross-functional stakeholders and Technology leaders.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on program status and key deliverables to FP&A and business leadership.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and requests supporting FP&A as required.
qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis or reporting experience in fast-paced business environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent - CPA or MBA is an asset.
  • Strong financial background; exceptional analytical and modeling skills; expert knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality.
  • Oracle EPM or large financial planning software knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.

Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $103, 500 – $135, 900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
