Job Purpose: Handling all the community department requests and administrative work. Such as ensuring all tickets are solved within the set SLAs, filing, reporting, emails, handling requests, assisting community managers with partner communications. consolidating community team members leaves, and training hours, handling paperwork, data entry or any administrative work.

Job Requirements

What do we expect from you:  Key responsibilities:
  • Follow up and handle Odoo and ticketing system
  • Record schedules or any changes in schedules prepared by the Manager and the Team leaders on Odoo
  • Check emails and requests from departments
  • Raise requests and tickets to departments when needed
  • Ensure that communication is maintained  the Community department and other departments
  • Ensure that all department’s Meetings are attended and minuted.
  • Support Community manager in most community department admin aspects 
  • Support the department’s team members with entering their objectives and/or performance evaluation on the HR system
  • Is familiar with club policies and procedures as well as the rules and regulations.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Department Management in accordance with the club’s operational policies
Health and Safety:
  • Knowledgeable of and adheres to the HSE and Fire policy procedures 
  • Is security conscious with respect to employees, members and property and reports suspicious circumstances to the Manager.
What do you need to perform your role: To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
  • Education and experience:
    • Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline
    • 2-3 years of experience in administrative jobs, preferably in a similar position or community management.
  • Skills and knowledge:
    • Customer orientation 
    • Speaking, Reading, and writing knowledge of the English Language.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Filing system 
    • Detail oriented
    • Multi-tasker
    • High communication skills
    • Quick responder
    • Computer literate
    • Experience in Microsoft Office and office 365
    • Preferably Odoo experienced
    • Ability to coordinate and delegate tasks
