Client Servicing & Social Media Staff - Part-Time

Requirement: Age 21 and above 1. Administrative Support: •Manage the agent's schedule, appointments, and calendar. •Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. •Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the agent. •Input client information into databases accurately.  2. Client Relations: •Assist in maintaining positive client relationships through prompt and professional communication. •Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up. •Preparation of gifts for client’s appreciation.  3. Policy Management : •Collaborate with the agent to process and manage insurance policies efficiently. •Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of client policies and information.  4. Research and Analysis : •Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients. •Summarize findings to aid in strategic decision-making  5. Event Coordination: •Assist in organizing and coordinating events, seminars, or workshops. •Handle logistics, invitations, and follow-ups as needed.  6.
