Sales Promoter

We're passionate about bringing high-quality, innovative kitchen solutions to homes across the country. Now, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Promoter to join our team, stationed at a bustling Megastore in Orchard, Singapore. As a Sales Promoter, your role will include:

1. Expert Knowledge: Master the ins and outs of Teka appliances, understanding their unique features, benefits, and competitive edge.
2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers warmly, providing insightful information and answering their queries.
3. Sales Strategy: Utilize effective sales techniques to guide customers towards making purchases, including leveraging promotions and overcoming objections.
4. Exceptional Service: Offer stellar customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and managing any issues with professionalism.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales achievements, maintain records, and report on your successes and customer insights.
6. Goal-Oriented: Strive to meet or surpass sales targets through dedicated efforts and strategic sales approaches.
7. Feedback Collection: Act as a bridge between customers and our brand, gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Maintain Excellence: Keep your promotional space tidy and welcoming at all times.

  Benefits:

1. Basic salary $1500 - $1700 depending on experience.
2. Tiered 1% - 1.5% monthly individual sales commission.
3. Additional sales incentive (ranging from $20 - $100 per kitchen appliances).
4. 14 Days annual leave (upon confirmation).
5. 14 days medical leave (upon confirmation).
6. 5 ½ days' work week (must work weekends & Public holidays).
7. Double pay on public holidays.
8. Sign up bonus up to $1000.
