Barista

Position Overview: The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to patrons of The Bagel Bunch. They will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and ensuring they are served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, stocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly.
• Take initiative to learn about the different coffee and tea offerings and educate customers about their options.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
