• Lead and develop the whole bid management process.
• Develop business opportunities by monitoring the public and private sector.
• Working with pricing teams and evaluating competitive pricing strategies.
• Develop a persuasive bid content, including value propositions, pricing models and technical responses.
• Constantly look to improve the bid processes, templates and best strategy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging best practices in bid management.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/quantity surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role.
• Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
• Well acquainted with the Irish market, contract laws, regulations, and industry specific bid requirements.
• Understanding pricing strategies and financial analysis in bid development.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
