Main Role:

The Creative Tech industry, specifically in the Game / Augmented reality sector, has been experiencing considerable growth recently it is projected to double by 2025. We need someone with sales experience, especially in the services sector, to help promote our creative tech programmes to local and international customers.   Most of our programmes are subsidized under various government schemes. of Singapore, where the grant is 50% to 90% of the course fees.

Roles:

We seek a Business Development Executive responsible for making the first contact and identifying the student interest. MAGES is growing, and we are looking for someone who is service- and customer-oriented. Specifically, someone who is:
  • Driven, resourceful and hungry for success with a positive mindset. (Compulsory)
  • Customer-oriented and pleasing personality. (Compulsory).
  • Good understanding of the education industry in Singapore. (Optional).
  • Motivated to implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy and advise students on the enrolment requirements. (Compulsory)
All hired candidates be trained under a manager.

Requirements:

The candidate must be familiar with sales closing techniques.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Fluent in English.
  • They should be driven and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Essential Sales Experience with Excellent communication skills.
  • Digital marketing experience and knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the education industry will be an advantage.

Package:

  • Basic salary of S$3,500 per month, excluding target based incentive/commission.
  • Decent target-based incentive paid periodically. (salary no bar for the right candidate with experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the leads and calling them at the predetermined time.
  • Providing updated course information to students.
  • Updating the CRM software.
  • Making follow-up calls per the company policy.
  • Meeting the potential candidates to close sales. 
  • Liaise with the sales manager and update them on the results.
  • Strictly follow company policy on lead handling.
