Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Office/Accounts/Sales/Logistics/Operations
- Maintain a comprehensive filing Systems & CRM Databases
- Handling calls, emails & attend to Customers' Queries
- Issue Invoices & Receipt, Monitor & Follow-Up Aging Invoices
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned
- High Competence in Computer Skills
- Good communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal/Written)
- Meticulous, Self Motivated, Well organised & able to Work Independently
- Ability to Multi-task & work under pressure, Consistently meet deadlines & follow through the progress
- Self starter with hands on attitude & team spirit
- Able to travel to Paya Lebar
