Job details
- Trains & motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
- Work closely with the operation team to improve existing products.
- To achieve daily and monthly targets according to production planning.
- Coordinate with related departments for smooth production.
- According to the shipment plan, ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery closing.
- Ensure that the wet process and dry process run based on the approved SOP.
- Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
- Special assignment Follow up quality standard of product and ensure quality standard of delivered product.
- Follow up and monitoring shift supervisor.
- Executing quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline/ B. Sc in Textile Engineering.
Experience
- 3-5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/Denim
