Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance competitive positioning within the financial services industry.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance against key performance indicators and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to build a high-performing project management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business strategy, project management, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies with a strong understanding of financial services products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
