The Role: Water and Wastewater Process Engineer Stantec is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Water and Wastewater Process Engineer to support the leadership of our growing water/wastewater practice in Türkiye and the MENA Region. This consulting engineering role will require application of technical skills, project delivery, and leadership to a complex array of multi-disciplinary planning, design, and construction projects for water and wastewater systems including process, treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure. Key Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in delivery all sizes of water and wastewater projects that include planning, design and construction by being a part of multi-disciplinary teams for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients
• Providing technical assistance on projects including treatment process, pipeline and pump station designs, and overall design management.
• Gathering information, developing and evaluating alternatives, and preparing engineering reports and presentations.
• Performing engineering calculations and preparing detailed design drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Receiving and evaluating proposals from bidders for tendered projects and preparing bid evaluation reports.
• Assisting business development activities by preparing technical methodology and level of effort for ongoing pursuits of new projects during the tendering phase.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Title: Water and Wastewater Process Engineer Qualifications: Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Proven specialist expertise: with minimum of 10-years of experience to include one or more of the following:
• Water and wastewater treatment processes
• Water and wastewater treatment plant and/or systems master planning
• Pump station planning and design
• Wastewater process modeling using BioWin or other modeling platforms
• Engineering feasibility analyses and design
• Project management of water and wastewater projects
• Preparation of construction and tender documents for water and wastewater infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal abilities working in diverse team environments with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and oral.
