Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle difficult situations with employees and maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Manage the social insurance process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the hiring cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Demonstrate commitment to work and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Proficient in office applications and HR software.
• Conduct screening and headhunting to identify top talent.
• Exhibit patience and a good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Manage attendance, payroll, and personal employee information accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR, preferably in a software house or tech company.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
