What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? You must be an ambitious, analytically minded finance professional! You will present to Site Leadership and Divisional Finance Leaders with monthly, quarterly, annual (and ad hoc) financial reports and analysis. You will also assist in the development of on-going and new financial management initiatives. This role will give you the opportunity to develop a team of FP&A Accountants. Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop a growing team (This role will develop a team of 4)
• Month end close and group reporting
• Lead the development of annual budgets
• Assist in the development of on-going and new financial management initiatives
• Create, compile and communicate key findings to Senior Leadership

Qualifications/experience:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• 5+ years post qualification experience
• Previous people management experience
