As a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Auditor , you will participate and support the evaluation of the working conditions of a facility’s system against the legal and international standards, it includes assessing the facility’s working conditions, worker’s labour rights, Human Rights, Modern Slavery, environmental and health and safety. ABOUT YOU As a CSR Auditor , we are looking for an individual who will conducts social audits professionally and in compliance with the guidelines following client’s standard operating procedure. You are a self-starter, motivated person with ability to make solid decisions and carry out independent technical judgment. Required skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience in Auditing Quality Management Systems, Social audit and/or relevant experience
- Knowledge of all the requirements required in employment law, harassment, discrimination, child labour, freedom of association, collective bargaining agreement, forced labour, health and safety, environment, and other relevant
- Must have APSCA CSCA status in good standing
- Strictly adheres to corporate code of ethics
- Knowledgeable on existing labour laws and international standards
- Ability to control and manage time effectively during an audit
- Driving license. Flexibility to travel extensively in UK and Ireland and work independently
- Conducts social audits based on various standards and code of conducts of various clientele
- Prepares the audit plan, conducts meetings, create audit reports and deliver it
- Ensures file management and traceability of audit reports
- Ensures effective closure of audits by working with auditees to ensure comprehension, development, and execution of corrective/preventive action with regards to any nonconformities cited during audits
- Identifies areas of opportunity and supports continual improvement of Audit Department as maybe required by Audit Manager
- Performs other duties related to audit as maybe required by immediate supervisor
- Performs other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Audit/Inspection Manager from time to time
