necessary
information from customers
to process Return Merchandise Authorizations ( R M A) Provide quotes to
customers
upon completion of R M A
process. Request
and
obtain
Purchase Orders ( P O)
from customers
as required. Review
received P Os
for accuracy, completeness proper dollar amount, shipping
terms. Enter
all P O
information
is accurately entered into the system. Maintain updated customer information in the database. Process completed
R M As
for shipment, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedure are followed accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment of completed R M As. Maintain organized records of all completed R M As for reference and auditing
purpose. Pay: $24.00
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00am to
