• Monitor your team's performance to define improvement areas
• Continuously guide and coach your team to drive them to their best results
• Coordinate with operational teams and other departments to ensure the continuity of Payment Operations

• You have excellent training and coaching skills to bring the best out of your team
• You can combine focus on yourindividual growth with growing business results
• You have good understanding of the financial/banking sector while being service oriented
• You know how to keep thebalance between regulatory requirements and our user's needs
• You're a problem solving enthusiast, and can prioritize your work efficiently
• You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently
