- Eyes and ears of the organization.
- Communication satellite between organization and market.
- Plan for sales in accordance with sales targets given.
- To achieve the sales targets with minimum possible deviation.
- To increase the market penetration and share, in line with targets.
- To develop markets in terms of growth of customer base, and to develop customer for new products introduced time by time.
- To comply with company policies, values and conduct business abiding with the same.
- To provide regular MIS with prescribed reports, and generating specific reports.
- To co-ordinate between customers, support staff to provide service to customer.
- To maintain communication links between company and customer for harmonious relation. This includes time to time changes in prices, policies or any other communication.
- To assist the IMS Coordinator for the department.
- Reporting of on safe act, on safe condition and near misses.
- Determination of environmental Aspect / Impacts in relation to Marketing activities.
- Accountable for all decisions taken while discharging the role/responsibility endeavored on.
- Overall accountable for achieving QHSE objectives of department.
- Young candidates with engineering (chemical/petrochemical/polymers) and marketing background.
- Fresh Graduate / Post graduate with preference to 2-3 years in sales & marketing.
- Preliminary knowledge of commercial practices & terms of business.
- At least an elementary understanding of industrial procurement procedures & processes.
- Good commercial communication skills to communicate internally & externally.
- Proficient knowledge of the English language in writing and speaking.
- Should be very good in operational knowledge of MS Office or other OS
- Good working knowledge of ERPs e.g. Oracle/SAP, especially Sales & Marketing modules.
