• Provision of company and general corporate law advisory services.
• Offering legal and corporate counsel, along with written legal advice and opinions on various matters.
• Coordination of the organization's legal affairs.
• Review and advice on all agreements, MOAs/MOUs, pro-forma invoices, contracts, and other legally binding document.
• Representation of the organization in public or before other entities for the filing, registration, initialing, or recording of any legal instrument, document, or transaction involving the organization, both within and outside the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Direct liaison with External Attorneys appointed by the Organization when necessary.
• Compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Liaison with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and third parties concerning legal matters on behalf of the organization.
• Documentation preparation for conveyances, acquisition of land title/real estate, and land title registration.
• Legal representation of the organization in court, arbitration, mediation, or legally established tribunals.
• Review and advise on legislation impacting the organization's daily transactions.
