Electronics Engineer (AM Level)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer AM Level with a strong background in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, HMI, VFD, and actuators to lead and manage our team. Requirements:

• Plan, execute, and oversee maintenance and projects related to instrumentation, control systems, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, HMI, VFD, and actuators.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and prioritize corrective maintenance activities in response to equipment failures.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs to reduce the likelihood of equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and actuators.
• Perform calibration and testing of instrumentation devices.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain and update equipment documentation and records.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fluid power systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and failures.
• Diagnose problems, repair or replace faulty components, and restore equipment to working condition.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to prolong equipment lifespan.
• Schedule routine inspections, lubrication, and replacements as needed.
• Manage the maintenance and project budget efficiently.
• Procure necessary materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance tasks.
