International Sales Manager (IT) – PKR 800 K – PKR 1 Million
- Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, in alignment with the company’s objectives, to drive revenue growth across all
- Identify key growth areas and opportunities in current and potential markets, tailoring strategies to regional
- Lead, mentor, and grow a global sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training and
- Establish clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring performance and initiating corrective actions where
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and position our solutions
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure a cohesive go-to-market
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams on client needs and market
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Present regular sales reports and analyses to the executive team, detailing sales performance, growth projections, and areas of concern.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, leveraging this knowledge to adjust and adapt sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent would be
- At least 5 years’ of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the software.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving significant sales growth and leading high-performing
- Strong understanding of the software industry and the specific dynamics of the regions (Pakistan, North America, GCC).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to think strategically and execute
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and sales analytics
