As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing financial best practices to support our company's growth and profitability. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare Monthly and Yearly Management Reports such as Management Accounts, Budget & Forecast and Cashflow.
- Develop business plans and tax planning.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, solicitors and any external parties in relation to finance and company matters.
- Implement, control and monitoring of internal audit and internal control systems.
- Review Financial Reports and Schedules.
- Supervise Finance & Accounts Department daily operation.
- Review performance of Accounts Department employee's work performance.
- Review & implement FA Dept's ISO procedure.
- Ensure payment collections are up to date.
- Any other matters related to work passed down by the higher management.
- ACCA, Bachelor Degree or Master Degree Accounting or Finance
- Member of MIA
- Minimum 5 year of audit experience & 3 years of commercial experience
- Language : Proficient in English Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principals and financial regulations.
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
