Full job description

• To assist the Project Manager in reviewing and organizing the proper documentation of all Architecture, C&S and M&E construction drawings and other site paperwork (e.g. correspondence, Material Submission, RFI & RFWI etc).
• To support the coordination and work with team members to ensure the success of projects.
• Resolve any site problems should any arise & implement an appropriate and effective framework.
• Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that all works are organized, and key building materials are delivered on time.
• Managing sub-contractors in all site-related jobs.
• Setting and enforcing standards for each job site and ensuring that contractors follow proper guidelines.
• Helping to coordinate and write site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.
• To update and issue any revised construction drawings from the Consultant to the sub-con to ensure smooth site progress.
• Study, highlight, and resolve any discrepancies in drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Architects/Consultants to check all construction drawings, shop drawing details, samples etc and ensure proper design coordination.
• Working collaboratively with Architects/ Consultants to identify and determine areas for solutions.
• Attend to clients during site visits and answer questions about the construction project’s overall progress and changes, working closely and consulting with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• To conduct inspection activities for monitoring and closing of all issued non-conforming reports, outstanding works, and defective works.
• To issue site memo for defective works.
• Attend monthly progress meetings, weekly site coordination meetings, and technical meeting.
• Report to management of any shortage of materials.
• To monitor the quality of materials delivered to the site.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Contractors and Inspector of Work.
• Take immediate action to resolve all Client complaints.
• Assist in Company's events and activities organizing.
• To perform any other duties as directed by Management as and when necessary.

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field particularly in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of working experience in project development and building construction or related field.
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
• Possess minimum of one (1) project experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge in project management and implementation.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication, good interpersonal and people skills.
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while delivering high accuracy/quality work.
