Apply locations Dublin time type Full time posted on Posted Today job requisition id JR10261484 Job Description: Airbus Helicopters International Services DAC is recruiting an International Payroll Administrato r on a permanent contract basis to join the Payroll/HR team. Roles & Responsibilities: ○ Preparing and processing monthly payrolls and any changes (including starters, leavers, benefit changes, transfers etc.); Manage day to day payroll operations & transactions; Ensure the accuracy of employee data by performing regular checks. ○ Responsible for collating and processing benefit payments and reporting (pensions, annual tax, social security). ○ Review and approval of monthly payroll reports for multiple entities. ○ Enforce the payroll, time, administrative solutions and associated processes in compliance with national and/or international legal regulations and company agreements in respect of data confidentiality. ○ Apply and lead tax equalization, net guaranteed or tax protection processes when applicable ○ Support the tax return process and tax withholding obligations in various countries ○ Support the business strategy in line with international payroll processing; Collaborate, interact and support national or international HR community, employees (local or under mobility conditions), managers on payroll, time, administrative solutions and associated processes. ○ Be one of the points of contact and continue to develop and build the professional relationships with our current and future payroll providers, and global mobility partners. ○ Liaising with our current global payroll software provider to maintain/develop efficient processes to support our ongoing business requirements ○ Continuous development and improvement on the way of working (eg. monthly reporting)○ Provide accurate monthly payroll journals to the Finance Team ○ Assist with audit requirements and queries as requested ○ Assist the Commercial Department in providing cost analysis for potential new projects on an ongoing basis ○ Document management control and record keeping Place of work: IFSC, Dublin and work from home. There is a hybrid working model in place in line with Company rules. Skills ○ IPASS Management Diploma or equivalent is preferred ○ Third level qualification desirable ○ Experience in international payroll processing with exposure to EMEA payrolls (ideally minimum 3-5 years)○ Strong coordination of multiple internal departments and third-party providers; Experience in working with an outsourced payroll provider will be an advantage. ○ High level of confidentiality and discretion required ○ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies ○ Ability to multitask and prioritise their workload ○ Excellent communication skills & ability to work on their own initiative ○ Problem solving skills ○ Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of the role ○ Team spirit and positive attitude to work are key: proactive attitude ○ Proficient to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and Google Suite ○ Advanced English level required and French would be a +○ Technical proficiency in areas of tax compliance including payroll tax, benefit tax, and regulatory compliance globally (is a distinctive advantage)○ Mastery in calculations, graphing, tables, and automation to process large quantities of data to manage relevant analytic projects; The successful candidate should have payroll administration experience, a keen eye for detail, a hands-on, flexible approach to work, and be an excellent team player.  A comprehensive compensation package will be provided.
