Digital Marketing Executive

Position : Digital Marketing Executive Type of contract : Permanent, Full-time Location : Killarney, Ireland Tricel are looking for an ambitious and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis to lead all marketing activity. Based in Killarney, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering e-commerce and lead generation targets within that division. The candidate will have a proven track record in both the planning and execution of digital strategies across a range of channels including lead generation and e-commerce websites as well as social media platforms. The successful candidate will work alongside a number of companies in the UK and Ireland as well as the wider marketing team including Design, Development and Business Intelligence to deliver the marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

• Development & execution of the digital marketing plans for the distribution division.
• Management of websites, Magento and WordPress (including images, tools, and content).
• Work with in-house designers to produce materials of impact and within brand guidelines.
• Creation of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Develop & oversee marketing campaigns both in Ireland & the UK.
• Conduct research and analyse data to identify gaps in the market and areas of focus.
• Manage the social media presence across all channels.
• Develop a website traffic plan and create goals to keep on target.
• Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally throughout the organisation.
• Create, maintain, and implement a digital marketing editorial calendar.
• Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
• Writing and proofreading copy for SEO, case studies, articles, news pieces.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure ROI is maximised.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and senior management, reporting results & progress of various campaigns.
• Day to day management of projects & tasks received from external stakeholders .
• Weekly reporting on leads, activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results.
• Conduct monthly reports and identify opportunities or shifts in the market.
• Perform monthly customer satisfaction surveys, reporting and identifying any key trends.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2 years’+ demonstratable experience in a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Third level marketing degree (or related discipline).
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
• Proficient in web analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Passionate interest in digital growth through SEO and content writing.
• Enthusiastic team player with an ability to listen, learn, contribute, and influence.
• A critical thinker with a creative, innovative approach to team projects focused on results.
• Customer-centric.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Experience with Hubspot Marketing Platform or similar an advantage.
