Product & Quality Officer – Chemicals Main responsibilities: Technical sales support

  • Support sales team at customer visits
  • Work with customers to define technical issues and determine solutions.
  • Identify and promote products’ performances and value.
Quality control
  • Follow up on special requirements per client/per product.
  • Manage customer claims and manage any product non-conformities in coordination with TIMAB Magnesium’s Quality Department at the headquarters in EuropeSample management
  • CoA Management: Manage the analysis certificates and traceability documents.
Product management
  • Coordinate with TIMAB Magnesium’s Technical Department at the headquarters in Europe the introduction of new products
  • Identify gaps in the product portfolio and required product specifications to develop the APAC market
Special projects:Participate in R&D projects including market or scientific studies on new applications. Before becoming operational, a training course of several weeks will be provided. This will ensure you quickly become familiar with the company structure and the technical aspects of both the products and its applications.

Profile

  • Profile: Preferably, you graduated with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Chemical Engineering; Chemistry; Materials Science or related field. You have a first significant experience in sales technical support or quality control ideally in an industrial sector. Experience in mineral products for the fields of Food and Pharma, Water treatment, Construction Polymer (Rubber & Plastic) or Ceramic will be highly appreciated. An advanced level of English language is required and the willingness to travel within the Asia region up to 30%. Any other language of the region is a plus.
