About the job
The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for leading the design of complex construction projects, working closely with clients, project managers, and other design professionals to ensure successful project delivery. The Senior Design Architect will oversee the development of design concepts, detailed design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation, and will ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture
- Proven experience of which 8 years must be working on Medium to Large Scale Projects.
- RIBA/AIA Licensed Architect would be preferred.
- Extensive experience from concept through to construction, across a range of project types including residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, leisure, education and high-rise developments. Previous site experience would be beneficial.
- Strong design capabilities and the ability to lead teams and projects. Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, 3D rendering software utilizing a Revit or Sketchup is a requirement,
